Chris was great. We had a critter making noise in the space between floors. He came to my house the same day I called, did an inspection of the attic, and determined that it was probably a field mouse. He made an educated guess about where the mouse was getting in and set a few traps outside. Next day, no more mouse. Chris is very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We will definitely use TNT next time we have a critter problem.
